Over the past five plus years, I’ve worked with many millennial and first-time home buyers in the Bay Area, helping them into their dream homes – on average 5-7 % under asking. Now I'm working with some of these clients as they upgrade or relocate and I'm also working with their referrals. Along the way, I've learned what is important to both buyers and sellers: a trouble-free process and the best price. Because I want to provide the thorough and personalized service my clients expect and deserve, I only ever work with three clients at a time.

I have been living and working in San Francisco for the past 25 years and I’ve developed extensive local knowledge of neighborhoods in District 9, including first-hand knowledge of most condo buildings. Before moving to San Francisco to finish my education (three college degrees including a Master’s degree in Education from University of San Francisco) I lived in Taipei, Sydney and Hong Kong. I’m fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese and I can easily connect your property with buyers from different cultural backgrounds.
